Rodney seems more than ready to shave more time off the NEC Indoor Championship meet record (21.48) he set in the 200m dash last February. In his final tune-up for the annual conference championships, the Canadian-born Blackbird lowered his seasonal best to 20.69 and moved into a tie for second place on the NCAA Division I leader board. Rodney’s performance placed him first amongst 201 entrants at the BU Valentine Invitational.
