Rucker is on a roll and so are the Bulldogs. Powering Bryant to another two-win week, the NEC leader in double-doubles (12) added two more prime performances to her resume and has reached double figures in both points and rebounds during five of her last six outings. The 5-foot-11 small forward averaged 26.5 points and 16.0 rebounds per contest over a two-game sample that pushed the Bulldogs’ NEC record up to 4-0. Rucker put forth a career-best performance as Bryant ran its win streak to five on Monday night, scoring 28 points in 27 minutes of action during an 87-83 victory over Saint Francis U. Rucker, who pulled down 16 rebounds for the second straight game, shot 53.3 percent from the floor and was terrific at the charity stripe. She sank 12 of 14 free throw attempts including a pair with 00:03 remaining to seal the victory. Two days earlier, Rucker victimized Fairleigh Dickinson with 19 points, 16 rebounds and two assists. She played 39 of a possible 40 minutes in the 82-77 triumph.
