Wright’s performance at the Jay Carisella Invitational yielded the top 60m and 200m times on the early-season NEC leader board. The senior sprinter posted a pair of top-4 finishes at the meet, which was hosted by Northeastern in Roxbury, MA. She completed the 60m dash in 7.72, finishing fourth and missing the ECAC Championship qualifying standard by 0.04 second. Later in the evening, Wright claimed bronze in the 200m dash. Going up against a field of 61 entries, the fourth-year Pioneer clocked in at 25.59.
