Minter spearheaded a defensive effort that limited Duquesne to its lowest offensive output of the season. The 5-foot-11 cornerback logged four tackles, two pass break-ups and a game-changing interception in Saint Francis’ 26-10 victory over the Keystone State rival Dukes. Minter hit the ball carrier for a two-yard loss on Duquesne’s opening possession of the game. The Keystone State Product, who hails from Johnstown, helped to derail the Dukes’ first drive of the second half with a first-down pass break-up that led to a three-and-out. His most-impactful play came during crunch time. With the Red Flash facing a 10-9 deficit midway through the fourth quarter, Minter picked off a pass and returned it 28 yards for the game-winning score.
