Hubbell led the Blue Devils to victory with his third place individual finish at the Ted Owen Invitational on Saturday. Hubbell was the first participant to cross the finish line and represent not only the Blue Devils, but the entire Northeast Conference in the 8k race. The race was held at Stanley Quarter Park in New Britain, CT and featured eight NEC teams in what may have served as a preview for the NEC Championships, which will take place at the same venue on November 1. Hubbell finished with a time of 26:06.67 on a 5:16 pace.
