Parziale walks away with his second NEC Player of the Week honor to go along with his three NEC Player of the Month accolades from the fall. In Bryant’s 4-1 victory over two-time defending NEC champion Fairleigh Dickinson on Saturday, the Pinehurst, NC native scored one of the biggest wins of his career with a 6-4, 3-6, 7-6 (8) triumph over Arvis Berzins, the two-time NEC Player of the Year. Parziale also knocked off UConn’s Wayne Harrell, 6-3, 6-3, last Wednesday in the Bulldogs’ 8-5 win over their New England rival. The senior has amassed a league-high 22 singles victories on the year, including 11 at the #1 flight. Parziale has also posted an 18-8 mark in doubles competition.
