Sophomore goalkeeper Gunnar Waldt was once again the key to a Bulldogs win over a ranked opponent this season. Waldt tied his season high with 17 saves with seven of them coming in the first quarter alone. The sophomore goalkeeper picked up a game-high six ground balls and allowed just six goals to a Drexel team who had scored in the double-digits in every game prior. This is Waldt’s third NEC Defensive Player of the Week award.
