Harmon picks up his second Choice Hotels/NEC Rookie of the Week accolade after averaging 12.0 points, 4.0 rebounds and 2.5 steals in a week that saw the Red Flash clinch their first NEC Tournament berth since 2011. He shot 54.5 percent from the floor, 62.5 percent (5-8) from long range, 87.5 percent (7-8) from the charity stripe and committed just two turnovers in 64 minutes of action. In Saturday’s 83-64 win over visiting LIU Brooklyn, Harmon finished with 18 points, five rebounds and five assists. He missed just one shot in six attempts and was 4-5 from three-point territory. Harmon currently leads all NEC freshman with 9.1 ppg and 3.2 apg.
