The Bulldogs, who stand at 10-0 after two weeks of the season, scored an unearned run in the 11th to squeak past the Blackbirds. Procter earned victories over perennial Southern Conference challenger Chattanooga (7.0 IP, 4 H, 2 ER) and Atlantic Coast Conference member Maryland (6.2 IP, 10 H, 1 ER).
