It’s a New Year, but, fortunately for Fairleigh Dickinson, it was the same old Vizenfeld when the Knights returned to action after a 6-week hiatus. Powering FDU to a first-place finish and a perfect 13-0 record at Bowie State’s Fred Underwood Classic, the veteran anchor bowler averaged 21.02 pins per frame. She was at her best during Saturday’s traditional team matches. Her 218.0 traditional average topped the tournament’s individual leader board. Her weekend high was a 243-pin performance in a win over Chowan. Vizenfeld did most of her damage with her strike ball, cashing in on 54.9 percent of her attempts. She posted an .850 overall filled frames percentage over the course of the three-day event.
