Hahne posted new personal best, finishing the 5K in 18:59. It marked the first-time a NEC newcomer has broken the breaking 19 minute barrier this season. Hahne helped the Pioneers to a ninth place finish, tying the program’s second best New England Championship finish. Other than last season’s 4th place finish, the Pioneer’s have only broke the top 10 one other time, a ninth place finish in 2005.
