Eddie, a starting cornerback, made his presence felt on special teams during Robert Morris’ convincing victory over MEAC member Morgan State. Serving as a punt returner for the first time in his career this season, Eddie totaled the second-most punt return yards in Robert Morris’ single-game history. Eddie amassed 96 yards on four returns including three runbacks of more than 20 yards. His 35-yard return set the Colonials’ up at the MSU 22-yard line with 2:39 left in the second quarter and RMU went onto to make it 14-0 before the break. He returned a third-quarter punt 23 yards to the RMU 48, putting the Colonials in position to march down and bump their lead to 21-0.
