Miller recorded 13 hits in five games while wreaking havoc on the basepaths last week. Wagner’s centerfielder batted .520 (13-for-25) with eight runs scored and six stolen bases out of the leadoff spot. In the Seahawks’ NEC series victory over Mount St. Mary’s, Miller logged nine hits, six runs and four RBI. He opened the four-game set with a pair of three-hit, two-RBI performances. His walk-off single was the difference in Game 2 as Wagner overcame a one-run deficit to win in its final at-bat. He managed only one hit in the series finale, but reached base twice via error and made the Mount pay. With the help of four stolen bases, Miller came around to score all three times he was on during Wagner’s 9-5 win. The four steals give him a NEC-best 41 for the year and match Damian Csakai's single-season school-record set in 2010. Miller began his week by going 4-for-6 with two runs, a RBI and a stolen base in 12-9 victory at New Jersey Tech.
