There have been four Bryant players who have earned NEC Player of the Week/Month accolades in 2012-13, and for Parziale, it marks his second honor this spring. The Pinehurst, NC product gave All-Ivy Leaguer William Spector of Brown all he could handle in a 6-2, 7-6 loss at #2 singles last Tuesday, then came back strong with a 7-5, 6-1 triumph over Quinnipiac’ Eric Ambrosio in #3 flight play on Sunday. Parziale and Zach Morris also posted an 8-3 win in #1 doubles as the Bulldogs improved to 4-0 against NEC competition with a 6-1 defeat of the Bobcats. Parziale leads Bryant with 14 singles wins and 18 doubles victories on the year. He is also 3-0 versus conference rivals in both singles and doubles.
