Ravelli continued to contribute as one of three freshmen in Robert Morris’ rookie-laden starting lineup. The first-year Colonial averaged 10.7 points, 3.3 rebounds and 2.3 assists over the course of three recent road games. The Italian-born Ravelli sunk six trifectas on her way to a career-high 18 points at Central Michigan on Dec. 17. She also reached double digits in scoring at MAC member Kent State. Helping Robert Morris break into the win column, the 5-foot-11 guard scored 10 points and grabbed five rebounds in a 60-51 triumph over the Golden Flashes on Dec. 30. Ravelli took good care of the basketball while averaging 37 minutes per game for the Colonials. The rookie guard did not commit a single turnover in two of Robert Morris’ last three games.
