Petit-Homme made his collegiate debut at the third annual Bill Ward Invitational and ran his way to the top spot on the NEC’s 500m dash leader board. The first-year Blackbird completed the 500m in 1:06.02 to claim first place in a field of 22 finishers. When converted for track size, Petit-Homme’s time shrinks to 1:05.02 and makes him an automatic qualifier for the IC4A Championships. The LIU rookie leads a list of seven Blackbirds who all rank amongst the NEC’s top-10 leaders in the 500m.
