Terpo started her senior season off on a torrid pace. The fourth-year Terrier showed off her hot hand this past weekend at Kutztown, where the Golden Bears hosted their annual KU Fall Baker Invite on Saturday followed by the KU Fall Team Invite on Sunday. The Brooklyn-born right-hander averaged 21.8 pins per frame over the two-event weekend that ended with St. Francis owning an 8-3 win-loss record. Terpo filled 89.6 percent of her frames bowled over the course of the 13-match sample. She struck on 56.8 percent of her opportunities and converted spares at a .796 clip. Her first five traditional team games of the season yielded a team-high 221.8 individual average. Terpo’s weekend high game of 244 helped the Terriers a 19-pin victory over Ursuline. Her 221 game was a key to SFNY’s victory over Kutztown. Terpo averaged a team-best 21.3 pins per baker frame as the Terriers went an undefeated 6-0 at the KU Fall Baker Invite.
