Player of the Month
Gervais rose to the occasion in his first month of collegiate play, posting a 4-3 singles mark competing at the Bucknell Quad and USTA Invitational. After knocking off a pair of Bison at the Bucknell event, the Quebec native fell in the finals in two closely contested sets (4-6, 6-7 (5)) to Brandon Gallegos of Niagara. Gervais went on to reach the back draw final at the USTA meet following wins over players from Sacred Heart and Saint Peter’s.
