Pellman was amongst the league’s goal scoring leaders as a rookie, and now she leads the entire circuit eight games into her sophomore season. The sophomore forward rattled the cage four times in two games last week, catapulting to the top of the NEC leader board with seven goals. Pellman’s four tallies powered Saint Francis to two convincing non-conference victories, which up the Flash’s overall record to 5-3. After Colgate jumped out to a 1-0 lead in the 5th minute, Pellman pulled the Red Flash even by beating the keeper 49 seconds later. She added her second goal of the eventual 4-1 win in the 45th minute. The goal-scoring sensation opened the scoring in the 4th minute of Saint Francis’ 4-0 win over Vermont and doubled the Flash’s lead with another tally 2:33 before halftime.
