The multi-talented Van Schie completed her first Heptathlon at the collegiate level last week at Florida State. She totaled 4,403 points to claim bronze at the FSU Relays. Van Schie’s score represents the ninth-best total in all of NCAA Division I thus far this season. The Dutch-born Colonial ran the fastest 200m dash time (26.08s) amongst the competing Heptathletes at FSU and topped the field in the shot put (12.15m), too.
