The 2011 NEC Outdoor Most Outstanding Rookie Performer has started her sophomore season in West Long Branch. The Garden State native posted a first-place finish in the 200m dash (25.90s) at the annual Monmouth Outdoor Season Opener. She also picked up a silver medal in the 400m hurdles (63.30s). Both times are good enough to make Williams a early season NEC leader in two events.
