Conroy has been nearly unbeatable at #2 singles this season for the Mount, and last week was no exception. She defeated Maryland-Eastern Shore’s Shamara McKenzie, 6-0, 6-1, last Wednesday, then stopped highly-regarded Ashley Delaney of George Mason, 2-6, 7-5, 7-6 (4), on Friday. The Tallahassee, FL native has now won her last 12 singles matches and has not dropped a dual match since September 13, 2011. She is 13-1 at #2 singles and 22-3 overall in 2011-12. Conroy and Samantha Pinchoff also improved to 11-4 as a #1 doubles tandem with two more wins last week. The duo won 8-2 against UMES and 8-1 versus GMU.
