Hart’s remarkable rookie campaign continued at the ECAC Championships where she helped LIU Brooklyn to victories over No. 12 New Jersey City and No. 18 Monmouth, both nationally-ranked NEC rivals. The first-year Blackbird, and now three-time NEC Rookie of the Week, posted a 19.85 frame average, which ranked first amongst all NEC freshmen contesting the event. Hart was especially effective during the traditional team play portion of the championship meet, producing 203.5 game average that landed her onto the ECAC All-Tournament Team. Hart, who had a high game of 267 for the weekend, turned in a 209-pin performance against No. 8 Sam Houston State. Unfazed by top-tier competition, Hart rolled a 212 game against No. 13 Delaware State. The freshman filled 80.0 percent of frames bowled throughout the two-day competition and struck on nearly half (.496) of her attempts.
