From one Constitution State product to another one goes the NEC Track Athlete of the Week award. Central Connecticut sprinter Aaron Radden (Waterbury) turned in a seasonal best time to wrestle the honor away from Sacred Heart hurdler Bertony Jean-Louis (Norwalk). Radden ran to victory in the 55-meter dash at the UConn Winter Invitational, edging out Jesse Drinks of the host Huskies Radden’s converted time (6.82) stands atop the NEC’s 60-meter dash performance list and would have been good enough for first place at the 2011 NEC Indoor Championships. He is also well under the IC4A Championship standard.
