From one Sacred Heart hurdler to the next goes the NEC Men’s Track Athlete of the Week award. One week after Jeremy Rosado claimed the honor, Jean-Louis moves into the spotlight. The reigning NEC 60-meter hurdles champion, and event record holder, turned in a blazing-fast early season time of 7.92 to beat out his teammate Rosado and take first place at the Harvard University Open. Ranking sixth overall on the NCAA Division I season leader board, the time came in well under the qualifying standard for the IC4A Championships and is 0.06 second faster than the record-setting performance he accounted for at the 2011 NEC Indoor Championships.
