The silver medalist at the 2011 NEC Championships lifted the lid off the new indoor season by producing the fastest 60-meter hurdles time in the league on opening weekend. Rosado hurdled his way to first place at the CTC Relay Carnival in 8.22s. The time is 0.14 second slower than his PR, but it still clocks in under the IC4A Championship qualifying standard.
