Sage brings a head of steam into NEC tournament play after notching after registering a .523 hitting percentage in Sacred Heart’s Pioneer’s last week of regular season play. For her efforts, Sage earns her first Molten/NEC Player of the Week nod of the fall. The Colorado native currently leads the Pioneers with a .339 hitting percentage which currently ranks fifth in the league. In the last 12 matches the junior has hit north of .350 and recorded at least seven kills. She also totaled 26 kills and 14 digs for the week.
