Bergin picks up NEC Golfer of the Month honors after an October filled with individual and team championships. The senior’s 36-hole score of 148 at the ECAC Championship earned her a first place finish and the individual championship trophy. Bergin posted a 76 on the first day of competition, then took four-strokes off that score to card a 72, the low round of the day, to take home the individual trophy and help the Pioneers to a second place team finish. Later in the month the New York native carded a 167 (82-85) at the Sacred Heart Fall Classic to tie teammate Jennifer Clinton for ninth, helping the Pioneers to a first place overall finish.
