Freshman Stephen Walmsley got in on his team’s offensive attack over the weekend, netting his first collegiate goal as a member of the Central Connecticut State men’s soccer team in a 4-2 win over Bryant to earn adidas/NEC Co-Rookie of the Week honors. The Blue Devils, who now have scored 11 goals during their four-game winning streak, built a 3-1 advantage before Walmsley took a pass from teammate Jessie Menzies and buried a shot from 25 yards out with under 18 minutes to play.
