Dieudonne had himself a day in the defensive backfield against Georgetown. The first-year Seahawk was wreaking havoc for the Hoyas’ passing game all afternoon long and he finished six tackles, two forced fumbles, an interception, and four pass break-ups. Dieudonne made his first big play late in the first quarter with Georgetown threatening from Wagner’s 30-yard line. The cornerback stepped in front of a pass and picked it off at the Seahawks’ 15-yard line to keep a 3-0 lead intact. With Georgetown looking to add to its 14-10 lead in the third quarter, Dieudonne forced a fumble on a completed pass near midfield and the Seahawks recovered. Wagner limited Georgetown to 108 passing yards over the first 53:31 of the game, and Dieudonne was the key reason why.
