White, the reigning NEC individual champion, picks up her first NEC Athlete of the Week honor of the 2011 season following her 55th place finish at the Paul Short 5K Gold Run on Friday afternoon. The junior paced the Bobcats with a time of 21:35 in a field which featured 396 runners. The Natick, Massachusetts native led QU for the second straight week, and helped the team to a 25th place overall finish.
