Freshman Brittany Schumacher picks up her first Molton/NEC Rookie of the Week honor following an impressive performance at the Dartmouth Invitational. The libero has routinely posted double-digit dig totals for the Blue Devils and this past weekend was no different as Schumacher recorded three straight matches of 10 plus digs for a total of 58 on the weekend. The Wisconsin native was particularly impressive against Big East opponent Providence as she racked up 27 digs in CCSU’s 3-1 win over the Friars.
