FDU freshman Anders Vest-Hansen made a name for himself in his first collegiate game, setting up the game-winning goal in overtime to give the Knights their first win of the season, a 2-1 decision over NJIT, and earn the title of adidas/NEC Rookie of the Week. Set up off a corner kick, Vest-Hansen fed second-year player Jonathan Gonzalez for the score with just 1:11 left to play in the first OT.
