Kilis scored 4,802 points in the heptathlon to take over first place on the NEC performance list. The point total is 180 points better than the one that previous NEC leader Lindsey Walsh (Monmouth) tallied at UCLA on April 7. Competing against 11 other heptathletes at the Morgan State University Legacy Meet, Kilis won the javelin throw and high jump events with marks that ranks amongst the NEC’s top-10 leaders. Clearing 1.65m (5’ 5”) in the high jump, Kilis moved into a tie for second place on the conference leaderboard. Although its is short of her seasonal best, which currently ranks fourth in the NEC, Kilis’ javelin mark at Morgan State (38.95m) is good enough for sixth amongst league leaders. In terms of the heptathlon, Kilis’ point total ranks first in the NEC, sixth in the ECAC, and 24th in the NCAA East Region.
