Timko is off to a blazing offensive start in 2011, as she recorded a multi-hit game on each day Robert Morris has played thus far. She garners Akadema/NEC Player of the Week honors after crushing a home run as the leadoff hitter in RMU's first plate appearance of the season against Charlotte. The following afternoon Timko delivered the game-winning hit in the seventh inning to break a 2-2 deadlock and help RMU hand top seed James Madison its first loss of the tournament. Timko increased her all-time program-best batting average to .386 (min. 250 AB) and now has 36 career multi-hit games, the most among all active Colonials. She is hitting .667 thus far with a .737 on-base percentage and a .867 slugging mark and leads the team with five runs scored and three walks. Timko also has recorded 3 RBIs, a steal and has a perfect fielding percentage.
