Fajoyomi continues to reach new heights during what has been a phenomenal freshman campaign thus far. The St. Francis (NY) rookie high jumper upped his league-leading mark to 2.14m (7’ 0.25”) at the Metropolitan Championships. Claiming the Met high jump title that former Terrier Dean Brown held for the past two years, Fajoyomi out-leapt a field of nine competitors. Becoming the first NEC high jumper to clear 7 feet this season, Fajoyomi is one of 35 NCAA Division I athletes to have achieved the feat.
