Taylor threw her way to the top spot on the NEC leader board this past weekend. Winning the weight throw title at the Fordham Christmas Classic, Taylor broke Wagner’s school record by heaving the implement 17.76m (58’ 3.25”). Her first-place mark easily surpasses the qualifying standard for the 2011 ECAC Championships and stands less than one meter shy of the NCAA provisional standard.
