Spanou came up two rebounds shy of producing a double-double in her collegiate debut against two-time defending Patriot League champion Lehigh. The Greek National Team member scored 16 points and grabbed eight rebounds in an eight-point setback to the Mountain Hawks. Spanou shot 60 percent from the field, including a 3-for-4 clip from downtown. The forward accounted for Robert Morris’ first points of the season when she recorded a traditional three-point play fewer than two minutes into her collegiate career. Spanou also logged an assist and a block over 29 minutes of action.
