Scocca undoubtedly had one of the best weekends of her career at the 2010 Bryant Invitational, leading her team to a perfect 4-0 mark while earning a second-consecutive all-tournament team selection and being named tournament MVP. Her performance was worthy of this week’s Molten/NEC Player of the Week honor as she collected 70 kills in just four matches for 4.12 kills per game, the most of any player at the five-team tournament. The middle blocker recorded a team-high six blocks against Boston College, adding to her 18 kills in the match to give the Bulldogs to the program's first-ever win over a BCS opponent. Scocca tallied double-digit kills in all four matches, including match highs against Navy (19), Holy Cross (13) and Manhattan (20), a team-best and season-high. Making only 18 errors in four matches, the junior's hitting percentage stayed above .300 in all four contests. Her attack precision spiked at an impressive .517 in the 3-0 win over Navy to open tournament play, the best hitting percentage of any player on any team throughout the two-day, eight-match Invitational. Scocca's 14 blocks were second-best in the tournament while her 13 aces were a weekend high. In just her junior season, Scocca already ranks fifth on Bryant's all-time list with 314 career blocks.
