Richards long jumped his way to the top of the Northeast Conference leader board while competing at the Penn Relays. The first-year Blackbird placed fifth in the meet’s “Olympic Development” Division by producing a mark that ranks amongst the best in NCAA Division I. Richards’ distance of 7.64m (25’ 0.75”) places him ninth in the NCAA’s East Region and 18th nationally.
