The Road Runner Sports women’s field award finds its way into a Monmouth Hawk’s hands for the second week in a row. Taking over the post held by javelin thrower Mary Wilks last week, Fisher unleashed the Northeast Conference’s top hammer throw mark at this past weekend’s Moravian Greyhound Invitational. Fisher finished first out of 32 competitors at the meet by throwing the implement 55.40m (181’ 9”). Her latest performance ranks 28th overall in the East Region and would qualify for the NCAA Regional Championship as of today.
