Mehrer helped Monmouth win five of its six games during the week, going a perfect 3-0 with three complete games in her starts. She had an earned run average of 1.33 and is currently on a personal-best, eight-game winning streak. She only allowed 14 hits in her 21 innings pitched against Seton Hall, Long Island and Wagner, while striking out 13 batters compared to only four walks. The junior only allowed four earned runs during the week while helping MU sweep Seton Hall for the first time since 2007 and LIU for the first time since 1999. This selection is her first for Akadema/NEC Pitcher of the Week.
