Wallace recently posted a 100-200 sprint double that landed her amongst the Top 10 on the NEC performance list in both events. The freshman sprinter proved to be the fastest woman at last weekend’s Monmouth Hawk Outdoor Opener by topping a field of 30 finishers in the 100-meter dash. Her winning time (12.53) ranks her third amongst the NEC’s early season leaders. Wallace’s 200-meter performance (25.84) was good enough for second place at the meet and eighth in the NEC.
