Palsson led LIU to a second-place showing in the Lonnie Barton Invitational. Her rounds of 86 and 81 helped her snag sole possession of third place in the event behind Fairfield's Kristen McDonald and Annie Sperandio. The Blackbirds finished second as a team after a tiebreaker named Fairfield the winners. Palsson earns NEC Women’s Golfer of the Week for the first time in her career.
