Kaminski eclipsed the 20-point mark in each of the two victories that landed Quinnipiac back into the NEC Tournament for a ninth consecutive season. With the Bobcats’ postseason fate hanging in the balance, the 6-foot-3 center stepped up to average 23.5 points and 10.5 rebounds in wins over Monmouth and Fairleigh Dickinson. Kaminski needed only 29 minutes to score a game-high 25 points in a 78-69 home triumph over Monmouth. The veteran post player, who ranks third amongst NEC leaders in free throw percentage (.857), made all 11 attempts from the charity stripe against the Hawks. Two days later, Kaminski closed the regular season by notching her eighth double-double in a 17-point victory over FDU. She tallied a game-high 22 points to go along with 13 rebounds and four assists. Kaminski, who missed all of the 2008-09 season due to injury, leads Quinnipiac in both scoring (15.2 ppg) and rebounding (7.7 rpg).
