Losey walked away from last weekend’s Great Dane Classic as the Northeast Conference’s leader in three events. Having already run the league’s top 400-meter time earlier in the season, Losey added the 60-meter and 200-meter events to her list of top-ranked performances. The senior sprinted to a runner-up finish in the 200-meter dash (24.63), logging an ECAC qualifying time that tops both the NEC leader board and Monmouth’s record book. Losey came in under the ECAC qualifying standard in the 55-meter dash, too, and, when converted for 60 meters, her time (7.12) would make her the No. 1 seed if the NEC Championships were held today. The Road Runner Sports honor is Losey’s second in three weeks of competition since returning Holiday Break.
