Jean-Louis’ season-opening victory in the 55-meter hurdles was far from ordinary. Helping the Pioneers claim a 12th straight team title at the Collegiate Track Conference (CTC) Relays, the sophomore’s time (7.67s) surpassed the IC4A Championship qualifying standard and broke the Sacred Heart record Jean-Louis set as a freshman. Converted for 60 meters, the hurdle performance (8.20s) ranks first in the Northeast Conference.
