Clawson claims NEC Special Teams honors for the second consecutive week after his 20-yard field goal dealt Albany a 13-10 loss as time expired. The junior placekicker has hit five field goal attempts during Robert Morris’ current three-game win streak. Clawson’s 39-yard field goal in the closing seconds of the first half extended the Colonials’ lead over the two-time defending NEC champion Great Danes to 10-3. The only miss in his past six attempts was a 46-yard try in the third quarter against Albany. It would have been the second-longest in the NEC this season.
