In pacing the Blue Devils for the first time in his young career, Hunt placed fourth out of 104 runners as CCSU hosted their Mini-Meet at Stanley Quarter Park in New Britain, CT. The freshman finished the 5K course in 15:19.08 as the top overall rookie and the second NEC competitor behind QU’s Richard Klauber. In their final outing before the NEC Cross Country Championship on Oct. 31, Hunt’s efforts helped the Blue Devils take second place out of 11 teams competing.
