Egan kept LIU's postseason hopes alive with her first career game-winner with seven minutes to play in a 1-0 win against Sacred Heart. She had a team-high three shots in the contest with two of them on goal. The score was her second in three games following an important tally to help LIU earn a tie at Central Connecticut State. The Hanover, MA native has started each of the last three games during which the Blackbirds have gone 2-0-1. This is Egan’s first honor as adidas/NEC Rookie of the Week.
